Sports and Cellulite
When Mike is 65 years old, he is over 25 pounds. With a strict diet, he reduces his weight, but he loses more weight; he also lost his energy and vitality. He was always exhausted, and his friends, looking at his thin, interested face, worried about his health.
When volunteering for a special fitness program two years later, he had returned 25 extra pounds. After 6 months of practice and some determination at the dinner table, Mike was back slim. This time he felt better than he had ever been, full of energy and shining with good health.

What makes the difference? The first time Mike lost weight; the second time he lost fat. The difference is important. According to the study, most of the weight lost with diet alone is active tissue, such as muscle and connective tissue, while smaller fractions are excess fat. Exercise has the opposite effect. This increases the lean body mass and decreases the excess fat.
It's the same as cellulite. Most people tend to think that cellulite is only present for people who are obese. That's why they sometimes associate cellulite with fat and obesity.
Actually, even if cellulite refers to the chain of "fat cells" wrinkles and "subcutaneous connective tissue" under the skin layer, it should never be associated with people who are obese or obese. In fact, there are many people who have cellulite but are not fat at all.
In fact, no one knows the main reason why some people collect cellulite. However, there are several factors that health experts consider such as the structure of fat cells or poisons that enter the body. Some experts say it might be caused by some hormonal changes in the body. But none of these have been proven to cause cellulite.
However, the only main reason why most cellulite cases are abundant in women is that female connective tissue is more rigid and stronger than men. Therefore, every time a woman gets fat, fat cells tend to swell and become bigger. This creates a prominent appearance on the skin which results in the appearance of "orange skin".
For this reason, women are more susceptible to cellulite than men. That's why it's important for women to be more careful about their bodies because they have a greater chance of collecting cellulite.
Fat and Cellulite
With the many cases of obese people who have cellulite in their bodies, most of them believe that their cellulite is caused by being too fat.
Although not everyone who is obese has cellulite, being overweight can really trigger the development of cellulite. This is because too much fat under the skin tends to encourage connective tissue to create tension in the skin. So, cellulite is formed.
However, this still depends on cell structure. If the individual cell structure does not inhibit the tendency to enlarge or expand even if fat deposits accumulate, there will be no cellulite.
So, the most important thing to remember here is to keep the connective tissue strong and strong and avoid excessive fat accumulation to avoid the development of cellulite.
How? Start a routine training program.
Turning food into fat seems too easy for most of us. Fat loss is far more difficult, and to achieve this, we only have three alternatives:
- Reduce food intake and keep activity constant;
- Increase activity and keep food intake constant
- Combining both approaches: diet and exercise.
Physical activity can help reverse the results of inactivity. An hour of strong exercise burns 300 to 600 calories. If you also cut 300 to 500 calories from your daily menu, you can also lose weight at the rate of one to two pounds a week.
Without exercise, you should consume 500 to 1,000 fewer calories a day to reduce the same number of pounds a week. However, exercise is not for everyone who is overweight. People who are very obese have to exercise only under medical supervision to prevent tension in the cardiovascular system and connective tissue. And no one has to limit food intake drastically without consulting a doctor.
Trying to do this kind of activity will only make matters worse. Remember what happened to Mike? He thought that when he started dieting, he would eventually lose all the excess fat he had collected. The problem is that he loses connective tissue rather than excess fat.
For people who are susceptible to cellulite, this will be a bigger problem. Loss of connective tissue instead of fat with a strict diet can only make the skin more susceptible to bigger problems but fat cells still exist. That just means that the problem is not solved at all.
Therefore, if you want to release cellulite, it is better to remove the fat first. The idea here is to burn fat by increasing your metabolism by 7.5% to 28% more than your normal level.
For this reason exercise is an important factor in losing cellulite. So for a more free cellulite body, always be involved in regular exercise.
