What are the benefits of regular exercise? It promotes self discipline and has a positive impact on how you view life. Sports help lift your spirits and get you out of depression. For the first timer, it can be done for 15 minutes for 2 to 3 days a week. You can increase the time you spend when your body is tuned for it.

DON'T you force your body! If you get hurt, stop. You can take a short break from exercising for a few days and then you can start again but you have to start from day 1.

Here are some moderate exercises you can do and enjoy:

1. Walk. Take advantage of your environment. You can take the dog to walk with your partner or child. The five-minute yoga practice can make you excited and replenish your body with energy lost during the day. You relax and at the same time you stretch!

3. Get involved in sports. Playing basketball, soccer, baseball, tennis or badminton. Many doctors recommend exercise as an effective way to stay fit and healthy. Exercise can also be done in moderate amounts. Do not take it seriously. Shooting a basketball with a friend is one moderate exercise that is also considered a sport.
