Exercising will help older people to keep bones more flexible so they are not stiff and weak. The heart benefits from exercising too. Exercise will cause the heart to produce naturally, by working harder to keep it highly scented. Exercising helps keep your body tight and helps you lose weight, or at least keeps your weight under control.

Remember starting early can help later on to make your life healthier and more satisfied.
