In fact, learning will help you find interventions, prevention, and maybe medications for your illness. You can talk to your doctor too. Learn what you can from your family doctor. After you receive what you have and have learned about it, then you can move on to the next step. Which, to live your life to the fullest? You can benefit from participating with similar support groups. We all need support; but having someone who understands your illness makes better friendships. At meetings, you can vent your emotions. What a great way to follow doctor's orders, so that you express your emotions. You also want to consider friends who will allow you to express your emotions.

If you don't want to go out and be around your friends then why not get a pet as their friend can help you even though they will also walk with you and play with you and be your best friend despite all this.
